Engineers apply the principles of science and mathematics to develop economical solutions to technical problems. Their work is the link between scientific discoveries and the commercial applications that meet societal and consumer needs.
The engineers are to design and supervise the construction of roads, buildings, airports, tunnels, damns, bridges, and water supply/sewage systems. They must consider many factors in the design process from the construction costs and expected lifetime of a project to government regulations and potential environmental hazards such as earthquakes and hurricanes. The engineer must consider structure, water resources, construction, transportation, and geotechnical engineering. Furthermore, the Engineer Interns/Project Engineers will work directly with Professional Engineer Team Leaders in the office to see that the design specs and approved P.E. executive decisions are developed.

OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED ENGINEER FOR A 'SALES ENGINEER' POSITION.
The Sales Engineer will communicate the array of highly complex products and or services to potential clients tailored towards the customers' needs. The sales engineer will acquire extensive knowledge and experience regarding these services including components, functions, scientific processes and solutions to various complex problems assessed. The sales engineer may concentrate on marketing and selling a product or service and be able to communicate and express the strengths and expertise of the firm. The sales engineer will employ selling techniques, generally a consultative style that demonstrates new and 'cutting edge' techniques and approaches to clients problem and focus on the benefits and features so the client can easily assess a direct application and correspondence.
The sales engineer will also assume the following responsibilities:
Expected to undertake additional tasks such as market research in correlation with the familiarity to the clients requests and needs
May be required to often travel extensively, and at times sales regions may cover multiple states may require sales engineers to be away from home several days or weeks at a time
Qualifications
Sales engineers generally are required to possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, and have previous work experience in an engineering specialty
New sales engineers may require the sales engineer to execute on-the-job training or work with a mentor prior demonstrating position independently
Must possess excellent communication skills
Strong in math and have an aptitude for science in complex scenarios & solutions
